From the bell-type furnace top to the present bell-less furnace top, the complete separation of distribution and sealing is realized, which not only meets the requirements of sealing, but also ensures flexible distribution. In particular, the bell-less furnace top adopts chute rotating material distribution, which can realize various forms of material distribution and meet the requirements of reasonable material distribution on the top of the furnace. at the same time, it uses sealing valves to seal the furnace top, which makes the top seal more reliable and provides conditions for high pressure operation. The weight of bell-less top is much less than that of bell-type top, and the cost of manufacture, transportation, maintenance and maintenance is also greatly reduced.
